Enhanced Outdoor Living
Lasting Investment
Complete Relaxation
You see the empty concrete, the bland patio, the space that could hold a sauna or a custom outdoor kitchen but instead just sits there. Maybe you’ve thought about it for months, scrolled through ideas online, talked about what the space could be.
The longer it stays unfinished, the more weekends you lose. Property value stalls. The retreat you wanted stays out of reach. And every time you step outside, you see the same missed opportunity staring back at you.
Outdoor Kitchen & Saunas delivers world-class saunas, outdoor kitchens, cold plunge systems, and custom living spaces to Sunnyvale homes and businesses. We partner with a leading Kansas-based manufacturer to bring you durable products designed for year-round enjoyment.
Our team handles every step from site evaluation and electrical hookup to assembly, plumbing rough-in, countertop templating, and final inspection. Whether you want a barrel sauna with kiln-dried cedar benches, a granite-topped outdoor kitchen island with gas grill and refrigerator, or a complete cold plunge installation with filtration, we execute to exacting standards.
Family-owned and locally operated, we show up on time and stand behind every installation. Your backyard deserves craftsmanship that lasts decades, and we build each project with that promise in mind.
Custom sauna installations bring relaxation and wellness benefits directly to your backyard or indoor space.
Professionally installed outdoor kitchens turn your backyard into a fully equipped cooking and entertaining destination.
Custom pergolas, patios, and covered structures create functional outdoor rooms for year-round enjoyment and gatherings.
Our licensed team delivers and fully installs your sauna, outdoor kitchen, or cold plunge – including foundation (concrete or pavers), gas, water, electrical, and sewer hookups, finished to code. One point of contact from design to the moment you step outside and use it.

Bay Area homeowners and businesses count on us for saunas, outdoor kitchens, cold plunge systems, hot tub installations, and custom outdoor living spaces designed to handle coastal humidity and year-round outdoor use.
Traditional saunas use heated rocks to create dry heat, while infrared saunas use light panels to warm your body directly. Both offer health benefits, but infrared models heat up faster and run cooler.
Most outdoor kitchens take one to three weeks from start to finish, depending on size and appliance complexity. Simple islands with a grill go faster than full setups with refrigeration and plumbing.
Yes. We plan the layout so both units share utility access when possible. Cold plunge and hot tub combinations are popular for contrast therapy, and we handle the electrical and water lines together.
It depends on your municipality. Many areas require permits for electrical work or permanent structures. We check your local codes before we start and handle the permit paperwork if needed.
Wipe down countertops and stainless surfaces regularly, and clean your grill after each use. Seasonal deep cleaning of cabinets and checking gas connections keeps everything running safely for years.
